When people start to love themselves more each day, it’s amazing how their lives get better. They feel better. They get the jobs they want. They have the money they need. Their relationships either improve, or the negative ones dissolve and new ones begin. So this is what i think would help you love yourself especially if you have been through a lot in the past months. Enjoy!
- Keep a positive journal:
Write about the good things you wish for yourself. This will keep your spirits up and encourage joy and gratitude.
- Surround yourself with positive people:
Do not stay around people that condemn other people or friends that talk down at you. Ditch friends who constantly do such.
- Take a break from unhealthy relationships:
Unless you’re already in a happy and committed relationship which is hard to attain if you don’t love yourself. Take a break from dating. Carve the time out to focus on yourself, because you deserve it!
- Read good books and also go for seminars that encourage happiness:
Books can change your life for the best. So always learn to invest in books.
- Take a vacation:
Its your dream to travel to that country? now is the time to invest in it. Take your time off work and have fun.
- Eat healthy foods:
Have you ever felt downright awesome after eating a nutritious meal? We thought so! Putting yummy, healthy food into your body is a simple remedy for self-love.
- Do things that will make you happy like shopping and meeting new people:
Its good to list out according to your priority when going shopping but for this purpose you can skip that. save up and shop for all the things that will make you smile. Attend a meetup once a week. Show the new girls the best bar in town.
- Care a lot about your appearance:
The skin you’re in will last you a lifetime, so take care of it with a thorough cleaning routine! And make sure you’re always polished for the office. You don’t have to go all out with a smoky eye and contour but looking presentable, from your hairstyle to the shoes you wear, will work wonders for your confidence.
- Step out of your comfort zone:
You’ve always wanted to run a marathon but you’re worried you won’t make it to the end. Lace up your canvas and train, lady! It’s time to step out of your comfort zone whenever you can. Breaking out of your bubble will give you a healthy dose of self-esteem.
- Take up a new hobby:
Try something new light learning how to drum. Go for the training.
