Nigerian Prophet Faleyimu Olagoroye who once prophesied that Nollywood actress Funke Akindele might not have children and might end up with another broken home has made yet another substantial claim about the mother-of-twins.
The Lagos-based prophet reportedly said in December 2016: “A popular actress in Nollywood, Funke Akindele, who was once in the Yoruba movie industry should pray deeply to have children. Another grace she has is to marry a pastor who can fight the battle on her behalf with prayers.”
However, the Nollywood star and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello defied the prophecy and by welcoming a set of twins on Friday, December 21, 2018. three doctors. It appears Faleyimu Olagoroye has still not been able to come to terms with the change of narrative in what had been written in the heavens.
According to a report by Yoruba Movie Gist, the founder of Blessing and Miracle Church of Christ is now claiming that the actress did not have her babies naturally, but through a scientific method widely known as In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF).
Prophet Olagoroye is quoted to have said: “After she delivered, it was revealed to me that she got the baby through IVF.”
“If Funke Akindele had followed any of the 3 solutions I gave her, she would have been pregnant naturally. It is only the people who can’t conceive Doctors naturally will advise going for IVF,” he added.
He also defended his previous prophetic statement in a bid to counter the backlash from the public suggesting that he is a prophet of doom.
“I said she should pray very hard if she must have a child because she chose wealth above children when she was coming to this world. One of the things I said was that she should go for deliverance and she should ask God with her mouth what she wants, not to go to pastors or prophets for prayers.
