They say the greatest love stories are not those in which love is only spoken, but those in which it is acted upon. Our lovely couple Afua and Arnold, understand the true meaning of what love is and have taken a bold step in expressing how they feel for each other as they work down the aisle together and love forever.
How they met described by the bride
Arnold and I went to the same junior high school but we were not friends then and did not speak to each other even though we were in some class together. Few years later, when I was about entering university, I met him and his cousin on my way to a tennis court with my best friend, Roseline when he opted to give us a lift to the Tennis court. While we were in his car, I caught him staring at me profusely through the front mirror but did not know why though I pretended I was not noticing. We exchanged contacts when he dropped us off, had a few dates together before I later agreed to date him because he was so caring and passionate about the things that would make me happy and smile. I fell in love with him as I was so overwhelmed with the way I was being cared for. I prayed for such love and I could not hesitate but to reciprocate.
Engagement proposal was so incredible because he intentionally got me mad that day but I did not know it was a set up. And, I fell into his trap. I was about to sending him off at my apartment when he knelt down and said ” Baby, will you be my wife forever” and I began to feel very light and butterflies of yes rolling in my eyes and I also knelt down and said, ‘YES’. We went for dinner thereafter at a Beautiful Chinese Restaurant in Ghana called HANCOURT.
