Firstly ,you need to understand your skin tone, whether you are light skinned, Medium skinned or dark skinned. It might be a little difficult to really know your skin colour but you should fall into one of the categories named. However, there are some colours that work on every skin type. Colours like black, white, bright red, pale pink, dark purple, and teal goes for all.
Light Skinned:
Neutral colour shades will look good on you. Also colours like blue, emerald and red will be extremely gorgeous on you.
